Abraham Joseph

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Joseph started his tenure in Bajaj in July 1989 as a Graduate Trainee Engineer, took over as General Manager (R&D) in April 2005, Vice President (R&D) in April 2007 and is currently the Chief Technology Officer. He is a Mechanical Engineer from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.

Ravi Kyran joined Bajaj Auto in February 2017 as President (Human Resource) and is now the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Bajaj Auto, he was with Texas Instruments (TI) in Dallas as Vice President of HR. He holds a post graduate diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Prior to joining Bajaj Auto Mr. Narang worked in companies like Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble (Gillette), Aircel and Samsung in Marketing.

Mr K S Grihapathy joined Bajaj Auto in April 2004 as General Manager (Marketing- Two-Wheeler) and is now the President (Exports Business). He is an engineering graduate from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore with Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Prior to joining Bajaj Auto Mr. Grihapathy worked with companies like Bharat Electronics, Wipro Infotech, Standard Chartered Bank and ICI India Limited in Sales and Marketing.

Mr. C.P. Tripathi joined Bajaj in January 1996 as the Vice President (Waluj Plant ), took over as Vice President (Operations) in April 2001, Vice President (Corporate) in July 2007 and Vice President (Corporate Social Responsibility) in October 2009. Currently he holds the position as Advisor (Corporate Social Responsibility). A Science Graduate from Agra University, Mr. Tripathi also holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Mr. Pradeep Shrivastava joined Bajaj in April 1986. He took over as Vice President in April 2005 and became its Chief Operating Officer. Abhinav Bindra (born on 28 September 1982), is an Indian businessman and retired athlete in Sport Shooting, who is India’s first individual Olympic Gold Medalist. ~ With over 150 medals in his 22-year career, he is the recipient of the Padma Bhushan from the Government of India, and one of the top influencers of Sport Policy in the country.
He’s primary outreach to Indian Sport is through the Abhinav Bindra Foundation, a non-profit that works to integrate sport science and technology into Indian Sport and encouraging High-Performance Physical Training.
